My aunts room was better but had a terrible odor. I had to unplug the microwave to use the machine. There was a single brew coffee machine but no where to plug it in. The microwave looked like something exploded in it it was rusty. I understand that places get remodeled but paint was peeling off the walls in our room. When my aunt checked in they were put on the 10th floor. Desk clerk said we would be side by side. We checked in first and asked to have our rooms together or at least on the same floor. I should have just canceled our reservation. A few days before our trip I checked the website and noticed it said that the hotel was being remodeled and the pool would be closed. Ummm I thought cleaning was part of a hotel’s job.
